Employee Resource Groups

An Employee Resource Group ("ERG") is a Company-sponsored group of employees who, based on shared characteristics or life experiences, join together to provide a supportive forum for professional development and advancement of Company initiatives. ERGs can form around various dimensions of diversity, including race, ethnicity, gender, disability, age, etc. Bell Helicopter encourages ERG formation to promote a more inclusive work environment where employees can work together to positively impact the business and have a voice around shared issues.
