In order to give our customers the best possible experience, effective November 7, 2016 Bell Helicopter will be enforcing our Cancellation Policy. We want to ensure that our students are able to sign up for classes when they need to. Below you will find details on our cancellation policy.

  • All payments are due 30 business days prior to all classes. If a reservation is made less than 30 days, then the payment is due immediately (exceptions will be made for organizations restricted from paying until services are delivered, i.e. state law enforcement).
  • If payments are not received 30 days prior to class start date, an email will be sent to the customer notifying them that the reservation will be cancelled unless payment is received within five days.  Reservations will be cancelled if no payment is received after the five-day grace period.
  • No penalty for cancellation or rescheduled training outside of 30 days from the class start date.
  • Any cancellation or reschedule of onsite training between 16-30 days from start date of training assesses a $1,000 administrative fee.
  • Any cancellation or reschedule of offsite training 16-30 days from start date of training assesses a $1,000 administrative fee plus a $500 fee for each Bell Helicopter instructor scheduled to cover their cancellation fees.
  • Any cancellation or reschedule of onsite or offsite training 7-15 days from start date of training assesses a penalty of 25 percent of course cost plus a $500 fee for each Bell Helicopter instructor scheduled to cover their cancellation or change fees for offsite training.
  • Any cancellation or reschedule within a week of class start date, or no shows for onsite/offsite training, receives no refund (or assess full cost of class for those not yet paid).
  • Any cancellation, reschedule or no-show of complimentary training within 7-30 days of class start date may be assessed an administrative fee of $1,000.
